In this course you’ll gain an understanding of toxic shame as an energetic language. You’ll gain knowledge of how shame affects you and others interpersonally and how it negatively impacts relationships. You’ll be provided with tools of self-care to empower you to stop the reactive behaviors that result from it, becoming conscious and mindful of your feelings and actions.

 

You’ll also be able to identify when others are practicing unhealthy behaviors in managing their shame, and be better equipped to take care of yourself, set boundaries and have more understanding and compassion for people being people.  

 

With awareness and new habits, you will develop greater emotional maturity, integrity and self-love which are necessary to create a life of fulfillment, purpose and joy.  Healing shame and becoming happy in life takes practice. It’s not a pipedream, yet it’s also not for the fainthearted. Commitment, surrender and faith will result in success. 

All of us codependents, addicts and trauma survivors have some measure of toxic shame that’s driving our survival mechanisms, whether they’re workaholism, people-pleasing, perfectionism, procrastination, or more severe symptoms like alcoholism or infidelity.  But we’ve adapted so well to the symptoms of shame, we are often unaware it’s even under there and we chronically treat the symptoms instead of attacking it at the root cause.  Healing the root cause of shame fosters a mindset of happiness, well being, and ultimately living a life of more contentment and empathy for yourself and others. The program provides clients the ability to observe and to identify unconscious shame programs that have been running the show. This creates awareness and instead of just acting out, you learn to let the reactions pass to allow you access to the underlying toxic shame so it can heal, providing freedom and self empowerment.
